| About the Norstar 4x0 DID Trunk Cartridge NT5B37GA The Norstar DID trunk cartridge routes calls from the public network directly to Norstar station sets, bypassing an attendant and therefore reducing traffic to the central answering position. This card provides access for up to 4 central office lines. This trunk cartridge is compatible with The Modular 8X24 Release DR4 or higher, Compact ICS and The Modular ICS and supports disconnect supervision. It does not support CMS-CLASS services. This cartridge may be inserted into either the Copper Trunk Module or the Fiber Trunk Module. | |
| PLEASE NOTE: The Norstar DID Trunk cartridge is NOT a generic cartridge. The Norstar DID Trunk cartridge requires a Norstar certified installer to program the system. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Norstar DID Trunk cartridge is to turn the module over and look on the side for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the module: "Norstar DID Trunk cartridge ". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
