| PLEASE NOTE: The Nortel IP Power supply is NOT for a regular telephone. The Nortel IP Power supply requires a Norstar i2002 or i2004 phone to operate. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right Nortel IP Power supply is to turn the power supply over and look on the bottom or side for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "Nortel IP Power supply A0619635". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing. So please consult with us regarding the Nortel IP Power supply IP or any other Norstar phone system component if you are unsure of what your are ordering.
