The NEC ETW 4R Cordless phone requires a NEC Electra Professional (Level, II / 120), Electra Elite (48 / 192), Infoset 408, and PBX (Neax (1000 / 2000 ISV / IVS-2 / IPS & Neax 2400) phone systems to operate. Customers are responsible to make sure that the parts ordered are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right NEC ETW 4R Cordless phone is to turn the phone over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the phone: "NEC ETW 4R Cordless phone". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
