About the Avaya Partner 18D phone (Euro Style)The Partner 18D telephone is also known as the Lucent 18D Euro Style Telephone and are considered the second generation of this model of telephones. They are sold as Unused or refurbished. The Lucent 18 D button telephone is available in 2 colors. White and black. This set was also known as the Lucent Partner 18D phone. These sets are always proprietary and must be used on the ACS, Plus, or II phone system. Do not try to use a Partner telephone in place of your home telephone. Customers are responsible to make sure that parts orders are compatible. The best way to make sure you are ordering the right telephone set is to turn the unit over and look on the bottom for the part number. It should have the following located on the bottom of the set: "Partner 18D Telephone (Euro style)". Remember, there is a 20% re-stocking fee which we do not enjoy imposing.
